APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING TAKEN FOR THE 2021 FESTIVAL
Are you part of a music act?
The Plumstead Make Merry is looking for talented performers to take the stage at the festival on Saturday 26th June. If you think that you could entertain a crowd come rain or shine, we want to hear from you.
The festival will be taking on a different form this year, with just one performance area, The Bandstand (the main stage). Depending on the nature of the performance and the number of acts, slots are between 10-20 minutes long. All acts need to be family friendly, with no political or religious oratory, and although we would prefer local acts, proposals from further afield will be considered.
Unfortunately we are only able to accept proposals from acts that can perform on the stage for this year, so are unable to accept applications for non-music and dance acts this year. We hope that normal service will be resumed for the 2022 festival and we can welcome our the wealth of talented dance and other acts back then.

If there is still space available in the schedules after Rounds One & Two, applications will be considered within two weeks of their full proposal being received.
We do operate a reserve list in the event that any performers drop out, or if you do not meet the ‘two year rule’ procedure. If you wish to be added to the reserve list please state that at time of application.
Please note that we are unable to pay performers.
