To be eligible for Early Bird Rates, forms must be returned, and bank transfer payment received for the whole cost of stall by Tuesday 31st March. The deadline for Standard Rate applications is Thursday 30th April.

Stall types
There are four stall types to choose from:
- Standard Stall – 4×4 metres. No food and drink. No generator.
Early Bird Rate (before 31/03/26) – £50 | Standard Rate (from 01/04/26) – £60
- Standard Stall with own generator – 4×4 metres. No food and drink. Bringing own generator.
Early Bird Rate (before 31/03/26) – £60 | Standard Rate (from 01/04/26) – £70
- Small Food – 4×4 metres. Excludes all produce requiring on-site preparation, cooking, warming, cooling, and includes fresh fruit and vegetable, pre-made bakery etc.
Early Bird Rate (before 31/03/26 – £70 | Standard Rate (from 01/04/26) – £80
- Large Food. 5×8 metres. All food and drink prepared, cooked, reheated, or refrigerated, and includes ice-cream vans, slush puppies, fresh popcorn and/or candyfloss, plus own generators.
Early Bird Rate (before 31/03/26) – £225 | Standard Rate (after 01/04/26) – £250

Submitting documents and paperwork
Deadline For Early Bird – Tuesday 31st March.
Deadline for Standard Rate – Wednesday 1st April
Once you have submitted your online application form you will need to email us with the corresponding documents and paperwork for your stall type. When emailing please use either the name of your stall in the subject line or the first initial and surname of the person making the application – i.e. “Plumstead Choir” or “B Smith”. This will speed up confirmation of your application.
If you do not provide the required documents by the deadline the council may not allow us to have your stall on site.
Standard stalls must provide on application:
- A risk assessment for your stall
- A copy of your Public Liability Insurance documents
Food stalls must provide on application:
- A risk assessment for your stall
- A copy of your Public Liability Insurance documents
- Copies of Level 2 food certificates for all persons who will be attending
- A copy of your Employers Liability Insurance documents, where relevant.
In addition, where relevant, food stalls must have the following original certificates and information available for inspection on the day:
- Electrical Safety Inspection Certificate
- Portable Appliance Test Records
- Gas Safety Inspection Certificate
- Food Hygiene Certificates
- Public/Employers Liability Insurance
- Record of temperature readings for fridges
- Confirmation of Registration with your Local Authority
- Fire Extinguishers must be currently “in test”
