Run a stall

ATTENTION STALL HOLDERS:

Please read the following final guidance notes thoroughly. You can download it as a pdf document below.

You can also find it on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

The festival will be taking place on Plumstead Common on Saturday 26th June 2021 – from 12pm to 6pm!

Whether you’re a seasoned regular at the Make Merry or interested in being a stall holder for the first time, we invite you get involved and be part of the best festival in the Borough of Greenwich!

You might already run a stall elsewhere, have a hobby you want to share, looking to pass on some bric-or-brac, or else provide some information or service you think all Plumsteadians need to know about!  Whatever your calling or cause, you’ll be welcome in our festive day of fun!

All the bits of paper you need are available to download on this page and we urge you to complete them with gusto and speed – as places are limited and always go quickly.

Make sure you read all the terms and conditions carefully, and read our special notes on helping us make this year a Covid-secure success (and what we will do in case the event is not possible due to restrictions!)

So brush the leaves off the gazebo, drag-out the tables, and let us know you want to be involved!

Deadline for applications is May 7th 2021 – but we strongly advise applying well before then to avoid disappointment.

Don’t delay – get your application in today!
