Make Merry in 2021

The Plumstead Make Merry festival will return on Saturday 26th June. The organising team are currently working on plans to bring a safe event to our community within the national and local guidelines for coronavirus.

If you’d like to be a part of the event to celebrate our community, applications details will be available in the ‘Get Involved’ section of our website from the 15th March. We will be looking for stall holders, performers and volunteer stewards.

We think it is important to keep the community spirit alive, in a way that is as safe as we can, and we would love for locals to join us in ensuring that this can happen. Without the support of our community, the event will not be able to take place.

We look forward to hearing from you.

The Plumstead Make Merry team.

2020 Plumstead Make Merry Festival Cancelled

After careful consideration we have decided to cancel this year’s Plumstead Make Merry festival.

We’ve taken this decision as the health of our community and participants is of paramount importance.  This is also in line with national and local guidance on the COVID-19 outbreak.

Although our festival will not be going ahead this year, we hope that our community spirit continues and we all look after each other in these difficult times.

Thank you for your continued support and interest in our event, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.
